​Hi everyone! We have just added new DIY Paint finishes to our stock at our booth at Annabelle Market. First, we have Old & Grey...a barnwood liquid patina. Next we have Shipwrecked...a verdigris wax. This wax is designed to replicate the color that oxidized copper produces. Finally, we have Golden Rule....a gilding wax (not to be confused with Golden Ticket....a liquid patina). A little goes a long way! Please message us with any questions regarding use of any of the DIY products, or check out Debi's Design Diary for videos on product application. Dionne Woods of The Turquoise Iris and Jami Ray Vintage both have great tutorials on DIY Paint products usage.

Guys, I just got done setting out these FABULOUS DIY Paints at our booth at Annabelle Market! The colors are so beautiful! Choose one or many colors for your next painting project. Mix colors, blend, layer...it's all up to you! We have different finishes so you can customize your project. We have black wax, dark wax, clear wax, white wax, top coats and patinas. Each product as a QR code on the label for further instructions and videos. DIY Paint is a very high-quality clay-based chalk paint. A little goes a long way, so be sure to stock up on paint for your upcoming projects!

We've added more beautiful Caspari items right next to our DIY Paint display. We now have the larger-sized gift bags in the "Geranium" artwork, as well as new bags..."Hydrangeas and Porcelain" and the smaller "White Blooms" gift bags. You will also find colored tissue paper to coordinate perfectly with the gift bags. We have classic white, aloe, and lilac. As usual, we continue to stock beautiful napkins that make great gifts as well as adding that special flair to your celebrations. Annabelle Market has all kinds of fun items in stock, and these gift bags help complete your smaller-sized gift shopping!

Additionally, we are hoping the backordered gift bags that match both of the striped tissue papers will be shipped soon so we can get those out for you! There is a robin's-egg blue and white striped tissue/gift bag set and a blush-and-white striped tissue/gift bag set. These would be perfect for baby gifts, for one...

The Posh Peony will be stocking new furniture/craft paint! I am SUPER EXCITED about this paint line, as I use it a lot for my own projects! Stay tuned for more details once the paint is in booth #20!

Hello All!

It's been a while since we've been on here.  We hope you all are doing well.  This will be just a quick update.   My father passed away last November, then came the holidays, then coronavirus, so we haven't been very active at the storefront.  We had planned on hosting another Open House for Spring and Summer goodies, but it looks like that is not going to happen now, so we are focusing on Autumn, Winter and Christmas!  Our goal is to have another smashing Open House in the Fall sometime, and to also be open over various weekend during the fall and winter months.  We do still have spring and summer items available, and can always create a custom "something" just for you!  In fact, I just completed some beautiful Spring/Summer wreaths for a couple of clients, and we still have some handmade soaps available.  There are not many soaps left, so contact us if you are interested.  We have handmade lip balms as well, in natural and peppermint, that come in tubes and tins.  I am excited about this year's Autumn/Winter Open House, as we have plans to rearrange the storefront in order to present more beautiful displays for you to enjoy (and to purchase!!)  As always, we are available by appointment, so feel free to contact us.  Yes, we are still working on obtaining more furniture pieces to paint so that you can use a unique piece of painted furniture to enhance your space!  God Bless and take care!

Good evening, all!  Just wanted to touch base with you.  The Open House was a success!  We had a steady stream of visitors coming in, most of whom enjoyed a hot dog from the grill (thank you, dear Husband!).  It was fun talking to everyone, and we look forward to seeing you all again soon.  If you were one of the visitors, you very well may know that our goal is to be open the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving.  We will offer custom Fall (grab some for next year or as a gift!) and Christmas decor, handmade soaps, lip balms and some scented wax tarts, among other decor items!  I would also like to be open a few Saturdays between now and Christmas, but for now, I am not sure which Saturdays.  Feel free to drive by the store.  If we are open, you'll see the Open banners hanging from the awning.  And if we are not open, please feel free to message me using the contact form on this website and we can make arrangements to meet at the store.  And....we are happy to do custom work for your Holiday season!  Give us a shout.  

Ahhh....this is going to be a busy week.   We just returned from a decorating consultation so we'll be working hard to help our client meet her goals.  I am excited about the potential results.  

This year, we probably will not have a booth at the Holiday Extravaganza, which will be held on Saturday, November 16th at the Williamson County Pavilion in Marion, IL, but be sure to check the HE out this year!  Carolyn keeps growing this event, and will have a record number of vendors there to please just about everyone!  

Finally, we are toying with the idea of hosting a Spring Open House, and already have ideas for that!  We hope to have a bridal-featured area, along with some light, happy spring-decor areas to bring as much warmth to your home as the warm spring sun brings to your heart.

Please note, the store is not open Monday-Friday during regular business hours as we also have full-time jobs, but we will be happy to accommodate your decorating requests and custom work as it works for us all.  Thank you for your understanding.
